Show management announced recently that the number of pre-registered visitors for the 2002 AHR Expo (January 14-16, in Atlantic City, NJ) has surpassed 10,000. This is comparable to advance registration activity before the 2001 Expo at the same point in time. (The 2001 event in Atlanta hosted 27,000 visitors and 22,000 exhibitor personnel.)

“Considering the state of the economy and some restrictions placed on travel, the fact that we have hit 10,000 in pre-registration numbers seven weeks before the event is very encouraging,” said Clay Stevens, president of International Exposition Company (IEC). “I think the fact that the show is in Atlantic City and within driving distance of many major metropolitan areas is a big draw. We’re optimistic that this will be another successful AHR Expo.”
