The SimpleSTAT integrated rooftop unit controller and thermostat is fully integrated with the company's eBuilding and Integrator families of BAS. The rooftop unit (RTU) supports a wide range of rooftop unit configurations including both electric heat and gas heat models. For either one, SimpleSTAT supports units with one or two stages of cooling and one or two stages of heating, as well as with and without an economizer.
