Dwyer Instruments released its Carbon Monoxide Transmitter and Switch, Model CMS300. The Model CMS300 is suited for monitoring carbon monoxide concentration in applications such as underground parking garages, vehicle maintenance facilities, and mechanical rooms.

The CMS300 provides field selectable current or voltage output that is proportional to the carbon monoxide concentration of an area. An integral SPDT relay can be used for alarm conditions and is configured with preset jumper selectable ranges of 25, 60, or 150 ppm.

Company reps said the CMS300 can measure 0 to 300 ppm with accuracy up to 5% full-scale. It is housed in a UV resistant glass-filled polycarbonate enclosure rated up to IP54, which also features multiple knockouts to give flexibility to the installer to determine the best location for conduit entry.
