Tate Airflow is introducing an upgrade to the existing line of SmartAire® automatic VAV dampers. The company says the new SmartAire® MZ offers four independent control zones, a simplified user interface on the unit and on screen, and greater integration with existing DCIM and BAS systems.
NexRev Inc., announced the availability of the DrivePak™ Advanced Rooftop Control (ARC). The control is an expanded model of the company’s DrivePak HVAC retrofit upgrade, which the company says incorporates advanced controls allowing customers to further capitalize the savings from DrivePak as well as additional prescriptive energy rebates and incentives.

Danfoss says it has developed the new TU with F-charge TXV to help OEMs meet the new U.S. Department of Energy commercial refrigeration energy efficiency standards. The new F-bulb charge delivers low superheat in low- and medium-temperature refrigeration ranges, includes asymmetric ballast material that is proven to deliver more stable temperature control and, like all Danfoss TXV bulb charges, is HCFC-22 free.
