Continuing to expand on its existing heat pump product offerings, Bosch Thermotechnology says it has introduced a new split system version of its FHP LV Model package heat pump for commercial applications. Designed specifically for the new construction and replacement/retrofit market, the small footprint LV Split System heat pump comes in 8 sizes — 1.5 through 6 tons — and permits the condensing section to be placed remotely from the air handler section, allowing the unit to be placed in locations where space is limited or where the condenser needs to be located away from occupied areas to ensure minimum sound levels. The air handler section may be concealed within a variety of areas in the building for convenient connection to ventilation ducts.
Bosch Thermotechnology has introduced its Heatronic 4000 commercial boiler control for producing and maintaining a set target temperature in up to four boilers. The Heatronic 4000 controls and monitors both condensing and non-condensing commercial boilers that have modulating, single-stage, two-stage, and dual fuel burners. The company claims the BacNet® and Modbus® compatible burner controller allows for a more flexible, cost-effective mixed boiler plant solution, providing better system control, energy efficiency and overall boiler performance.
In an effort to improve indoor air quality and save energy, Bosch Thermotechnology Corp. has introduced a new portfolio of IAQ accessories for integration with its Greensource line of geothermal heat pumps or other compatible HVAC systems.
Bosch Thermotechnology has introduced a new awards program for professionals who install and specify the company’s heating and cooling products in the United States and Canada.
