NOTIFIER by Honeywell has launched the FAAST XT 9400X conventional aspirating smoke detector, designed to provide very early warning of smoke for large spaces up to 28,800 sq ft. As part of the System Sensor Fire Alarm Aspiration Sensing Technology (FAAST) line, the company says the FAAST XT 9400X continues to offer the same high level of false alarm immunity and precision sensing to protect challenging fire detection applications and critical facilities.
Pottorff is has introduced its new EXA-645 combination louver. The company says it is a high-performance louver with Best-In-Class AMCA certified performance for free area (50.4%) and a pressure loss of 0.15 in. wg. @1,272 fpm (6.46 m/s). The EXA-645 features stationary drainable louver blades that protect against water penetration along with an integral airfoil blade control damper which will allow for positive shutoff protection from air intake and exhaust openings.
AMETEK Rotron has released a 19-in rack mountable liquid cooling heat exchanger assembly. The unit is one of a variety of similar heat exchangers that are designed to dissipate over 10kw of heat in demanding operating environments. The heat exchanger assembly is enclosed within a ruggedized 6U (10.5-in) aluminum chassis. The company says the unit is designed for years of reliable service in harsh and demanding applications, including military and commercial equipment racks.
